The impressive house "Vinyes Can Grau" is nestled in a green Mediterranean landscape in the village of Biniali, in the center of the island of Mallorca.
It is surrounded by 75,000m2 of vineyards, all of the property, from where the owner makes his own wine in a traditional way. It also surprises its guests for its typical Mallorcan rustic charm and for its magnificent views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. All these conditions make it a unique environment where you can enjoy great tranquility and privacy in the company of the family.
The house has two floors. At the top, there is a spacious suite with a bathroom. On the lower floor, there is the spacious living room, a very well equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, etc.), 3 bedrooms (all with king-sized double beds) and 1 bathroom. In the large private outdoor area, there is a beautiful garden, 2 partially covered furnished terraces, a swimming pool with shower, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and a private parking. All these conditions are perfect so that up to 6 people can comfortably stay in this house. Kitchen and bathrooms have recently been completely renovated. Additional services include Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning in all three rooms, satellite television, cot, and high chair. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
The house is ideal for cycling enthusiasts, as it is located in the centre of Mallorca, which makes it close to any point of the island. Besides, there are several cycling routes next to the house. The house also has a parking area for bicycles.
The property is located approximately 5 km from the town of Binissalem, where there are several restaurants, bars, and cafés, 1 km from Biniali and 30 km from the airport. The nearest supermarket and tobacconist is located in Biniali, about 2 minutes by car. The peculiarity of being in the center of Mallorca causes proximity to any point on the coast of the island. About 30 km are beautiful and long sandy beaches such as the Puerto de Alcudia or the Puerto de Pollença. 22 km away is Palma, the capital of Mallorca, where you can visit the cathedral, the Parque del Mar, visit its famous old town, etc.
Start the day with a delicious breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the view of the extensive vineyards and surrounded by great peace. Then relax in a hammock with a good book accompanied by a glass of wine, enjoy the pool and leave stress and routine behind.
Next to the house there is an organic vegetable garden where guests can harvest tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, etc. In the grape harvest season, guests can also pick grapes and see the harvesting process up close. We also have organic eggs from our hens.
