As you open this beautiful door into the large entrance hall where the baby grand piano sits, you will immediately appreciate the stunning sea views. From here you will immediately appreciate the view of the pool, terraced areas with their stunning sea views over El Portet and the surrounding landscape. The main reception room has a large comfortable seating area and a dining area seating 10 people. The reception area has magnificent arched windows overlooking the sea, and 2 large french windows which open up to the hacienda style pool area. On this level you will find the main bespoke kitchen area, a superb master suite which includes a dressing room and the master bathroom which has the most outstanding antique marble bath. The master bedroom suite includes a sitting area and a super king bed, the suite has direct access to the pool. There is a second bedroom on this floor with an en suite shower room.
Access to the second level via a spiral staircase which leads you to yet another sumptous sitting room, this level includes three further double en suite bedrooms, from the sitting room there is direct access to a terrace with seating.
The external areas around the swimming pool are where the sunbeds are located. You will find a suberbly fully fitted kitchen a bbq and an exquisite dining area for 10 people which provides a shaded area to enjoy your dining experience. There is also another dining table to accomodate 6 people. This area overlooks where the hot tub is located.
You will also enjoy views of the large garden and grounds below with its beautiful species of tropical plants and large palm trees. Simply a magical place to watch the glorious sunsets.
There is direct access to the gardens via a gated stairway leading down to the picture postcard gazebo perfect for those pre dinner drinks.
