“Casita Palmera” is a charming holiday home placed in a 5000 square-meter plot in Haría, in the beautiful volcanic island of Lanzarote. For the past four years it has been awarded a 'Certificate of Excellence' from Tripadvisor, and in 2017 we were given the Airbnb 'Superhost' award and the Premier Partner Status with Homeaway. This grants our guests an amazing holiday in an unforgettable accommodation. The house consists of a living room with a rustic wood stove, a dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a lovely view over the valley, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed; one with a queensize bed; one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fireplace and a 42” Samsung TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. In its beautiful outdoor area, with 14 palm trees of over 150 years old, guests will find a nice terrace with a barbecue, as well as a generous shared swimming pool (12 x 5 meters and heated), which is ideal to cool off in warm summer days. There is also a large poolside barbecue area with a dining table for 10 people where guests can share a delicious meal together. You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes at just an 8-minute stroll from the property, while the closest beach, Playa la Seba, is 7.8 km away (9 minutes by car). Don’t miss the visit to the stunning cultural space Jameos del Agua (11 minutes driving; 9.9 km) and Timanfaya National Park (46 minutes by car; 48.6 km). Here you can admire some of the most unique landscapes of the island while discovering its volcanic origins. Also, the accommodation is located at a 27-minute drive from Lanzarote Airport (32.9 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. **The property is not suitable for kids under 10 years old**. Bar drinks can be provided for an extra cost. The swimming pool is only shared with a maximum of 2 other guests who stay in the penthouse (adults only, no children). All consumables like dishwasher tablets, washing powders, bin liners and drinking water are all supplied free of charge for your stay. Firewood can also be provided for an extra charge. Cleaning services included (weekly pool cleaning, weekly bed linen and towel change offered, bi-weekly house cleaning).
It is also important to point out that from the terrace of the main house you cannot see the swimming pool and, likewise, anyone in the pool cannot see you either so both are private areas. There are animals such as dogs and cats around the property, but they have been trained to stay outside the house. They are all very friendly and not aggressive.
