House located in the quiet neighborhood of the north of Tenerife 500m from the coast with swimming pool.
House emblematic of 1870, renovated and very complete brand new, the ground floor of the house and community Canary patio is rented. The house has approximately 70m2, two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and bathroom. The capacity of the house is 3 or 4 people maximum.
The house is very well furnished and complete (fridge, washing machine, microwave, dishes and TV).
The house is located near tourist attractions in a very beautiful area. Supermarket, Bar, Tasca and Guachinche 2 minutes, Pharmacy 5 minutes, Bus 1min and 8 minutes, beaches nature 10min, the best views of Teide 8 min. The house is very well located.
We are looking for quiet people who want to enjoy the island and wish to live for a period in our complete and cheerful house.

Summary: We had a wonderful 3 week stay at this traditional holiday apartment. The space was just right for us and our 2 daughters. The sun garden is a lovely secluded sunny area with the added bonus of the pools although these were a little cold at the time of our visit. There is also a lovely cool shaded area. The village is very quiet and we would recommend hiring a car to explore. The host Damien is very friendly and helpful. The garden is shared with the owner but they didn't use it during our stay. He and his wife cooked us an amazing paella on our last night and they even offered our daughter a birthday cake on her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it if you want to see the real Tenerife.
