This wonderful property features 2 fully equipped terraces, one small terrace at the entrance of the house and another bigger terrace with barbecue.
The house of 150 m² is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with a single bed; and three on the 1st floor, two with double bed and one with one single bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms, both with bathtub.
The cozy and spacious living room is equipped with one comfortable sofa, a TV, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The separate kitchen with induction, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. There is an air conditioning in the hall of the 1st floor, reaching all the bedrooms.
You will be staying just 400 meters from the sea.
In Colonia de Sant Jordi, located 46.5 km from the airport, you will find all kinds of tourist services (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, harmacies, banks, etc.) and different sandy beaches, such as the Dolç, harbor beach, the Marquis, Playa des Cotó or the famous beach Es Trenc that is only 6 km away. You can make a boat trip, make excursions to the island of Cabrera, listed as a natural park or visit "la salinera" where the salt is separated from the seawater. We also recommend you to visit the aquarium with all the species and marine vegetation from the area of Cabrera.
