Light, modern, comfortable and well equipped self contained lower ground floor flat in popular Suffolks area of Cheltenham, Great Norwood Street. The flat has its own entrance, and small patio. In walking distance to Montpellier and central Cheltenham (10 minutes). The flat is very light, and includes a large bedroom with king sized divan bed, bedside tables and lamps, hairdryer, double wardrobe space, desk and two armchairs. A travel cot or folding bed can be provided for a child up to age 12. The bathroom has a small shower bath, (shower height 1.75m), basin and toilet and plentiful towels. There is a large open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room. The sitting room is furnished with a double sofa and armchair, large flat screen smart tv with Bose surround sound, and DVD player. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, an induction hob and built in electric oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, as well as a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. It is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils to make sure you have all you need for your stay, as well as a dining table and chairs. We can also provide a high chair on request. There is a heat detector as well as smoke detector for your safety. There is a small outside space with table and two chairs which is very sunny in summer, perfect for breakfast or just relaxing outside. There is WiFi throughout the flat. Please note that our internet provider will notify us if there are illegal downloads. Access to the flat is through its own street door and down some steps to a private entrance. We live in the main house above. The Suffolks is a beautiful conservation area of central Cheltenham filled with period houses and an eclectic mix of independent boutiques, restaurants and bistros. A short stroll takes you to Montpelier and Imperial Gardens, and the bustling central area of Cheltenham. We are close to the Park campus of Gloucester University (10 minute walk). There is free on road parking in nearby streets as well as in the nearby Bath Road car park, 1-2 minutes walk away (£5 per day). The railway station is a short taxi ride away or is walkable in around 20 minutes. Covid19: We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces ( light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes etc as well as hard surfaces) and cleaning soft surfaces, before you check in. All bed linen, towels, tea towels and bath robes are washed at 60 degrees, your vacuum cleaner is empty, and disinfected, as is the hair dryer. We have left cleaning materials for you to use if you wish along with disposable gloves and antibacterial disinfectant. We will practice social distancing at all times, including at check in and check out.
