Positive: This resort is absolutely beautiful! The spa was so quiet, all times of the day so we had plenty time to ourselves! The rooms were spotless and exactly as shown on the photos! The building itself is lovely! Well decorated & overall great!

Negative: The only issue we had was it was quiet noisy in the morning, we were on the 1st floor and we could hear banging above us every morning - either the guests or cleaners.

Summary: Perfect resort for our stay in Zakopane! 10 minute taxi into the centre, but you felt secluded. We would definitely come
