Over a hundred years ago El Encanto del Valleval was a house, stable and bakery where the bread was made and the slaughter was cured, on the back of the houses we still keep something from the oven and in house pinto the hollow of the chimney. In 2005 we restored the house respecting the architecture of the area such as stone, wood and the corridor of the house.
