It is the only house with a large private pool with trampoline in the San Sebastián area, with communication, to the center every 5 minutes with two bus lines. In the front of the house there is a terrace of 100 m, and the pool can be used from Easter to the end of September. It has a dressing room plus bathroom with shower with hot water in the garden. It has space to park four cars and you can enjoy a garden of more than 1,200 square meters with built-in barbecue. The house also has a chicken coop where you can enjoy the eggs on arrival as a gift, apart from other gastronomic details of the region.
