A full bathroom with shower and an open-plan kitchen to the living room with a beautiful bar for sitting that will allow you to cook or prepare your aperitif whilst conversing with your family or friends. On the first floor we find a master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 m, air conditioning and a small terrace where magnificent afternoon sun enters with a full en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. Finally on this floor we have a full bathroom with bathtub.
