In a completely renovated house, we have created a family gîte with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It is ideally located opposite the port, facing south, 500 meters from the train station, 200 meters from the tourist office, the town center and the beach are less than 10 minutes away on foot. You can forget your car in the parking lot right in front of the house during your entire stay.
The house benefits from all the comforts, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each of 80 x 200, 2 spacious bathrooms with shower and WC, a fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher , washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc .... A small courtyard at the back of the house allows you to take your meals outside. You will have a barbecue to grill your peach.
A living room with a sofa, 2 armchairsand a television with a large screen . Many games are available to keep you entertained.
You will have WiFi internet, a large TV with the main international channels.
A double-flow VMC ensures healthy ventilation of the whole, and a gas central heating provides gentle warmth in colder seasons.
