It is 5 minutes walking distance to the Sant Pol beach with all its delightful sea front restaurants and water sport activities. The view of the open sea and the Sant Pol Beach, both from the living room and the bedroom, is enchanting and simply spectacular, further more you can just walk to numerous breathtaking Calas, that are the quintessence of the Mediterranean summer. The complex has direct access to the Camino de Ronda (well maintained Coastal footpath) which means endless opportunities to walk both through the wood and by the sea covering more than 140 Km From Sant Feliu de Guixols as far as 40 Km on a linear route, and that can be extended to a circular route of 140 Km, for the hard core walkers.
The décor in the apartment is fresh and contemporary.
