This comfortable and spacious holiday home is located just 20 meters from the beach of Coma-Ruga, known for its fine sand and crystal clear waters.
The house has 6 double bedrooms: one of them located on the first floor and the other five on the second floor. It is worth mentioning that two of these bedrooms are en suite and have their own bathroom and access to the upper terrace, as well as fans. This house has 4 bathrooms in total. The air conditioners are located in the common space and hallway on the first floor, and on the second floor.

Summary: We stayed in this property for a week in July 2 families with children under 10 years old (9 in total). The property has some great things and others not so great, so very mix, although overall we had a great time. The great: 1) Location: just steps from a great beach for the kids to play. Cristal clear waters, nice fine sand and it doesn't get deep until you are 50meters inside the water or so. Also, 5 mins walking distance to all sorts of restaurants, icecream places and supermarkets. 2) House size: plenty of room for everyone. You can easily fit another family, although "only" 2 master bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms as well. 3)Kitchen is well stock with pots, pans and utensils as well as appliances. We made multiple meals there. The not great: 1) House is old and we were the first guests for the Summer. It had been closed for a while and so close to the sea it was musty. It took a few days with all windows open to get rid of part of it, although not completely. 2) Checkin process is kind of painful, although according to the property manager it is mandated by law. We had to stop in Calafell (a town approx. 5 miles away) to pick up the keys of the apartment and checkin was after 5pm. We did not have a car, so it created some hassle, although the property manager drove us to the house. 3) Aside from kitchen utensils and linens and bathroom towels, not much in the house. No beach towels or beach toys, although gardener opened the garage and we found an umbrella and chairs.
