This lovely detached villa is close to the Son Bou beach and the resort of San Jaime. The quiet location combined with good privacy makes it an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. A 20 minute walk from your villa will bring you to Son Bou beach. It has become a firm favourite with families measuring almost 3km in length and we’re thrilled to be able to offer you this marvellous sought after villa. Villa Conchita is built on one level, offering 3 spacious and airy bedrooms, one of which is en suite. The large living room is a particularly delightful space, with comfy sofas and large patio doors leading out to an outdoor dining area, the extensive lawned gardens and magnificent private swimming pool. The carefully tended gardens are surrounded by a tall manicured hedge, offering excellent levels of privacy.
*Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

To access the villa there is a path which is 106cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 76cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 101cm wide and the side door from the kitchen which is 73cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 79cm wide and the grounds are flat/tiled. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 77cm wide which is the bedroom with the ensuite and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 77cm wide which can be either of the bathrooms.
