The quiet, bright apartment is decorated in Nordic / Scandinavian style. It is very rural in the middle of meadows and fields. The 3600 sqm garden invites you to linger.
The apartment itself has 2 separate bedrooms with 4 sleeping options. In one bedroom there is a double bed, the other bedroom has a pull-out double bed.
In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on a pull-out sofa. Smart TV, radio and DVD players with some DVDs are also available.
In the kitchen is a dining table where you can eat, play, talk and laugh. The kitchen is very well equipped. In addition to an oven with ceramic hob, the kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender and toaster. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are sufficiently available so that you don't have to wash after every meal.
In the bathroom with sink, toilet, rain shower and floor heating you can start the day well.
For small children there is a children's cot, high chair, trip trap chair, baby hair dryer, night light, children's cutlery and plastic dishes.
Our roofed "listening arbor" is part of the apartment - a patio with table and benches and a grill. Here you can also store bicycles under cover. There are also 2 sun loungers here, which you can put up in the garden as you wish. There are more sun loungers in the garden, which you can also use. A sunny / shady spot is certain to be found.
Dogs are welcome with us and get their own equipment package with dog blanket, towels, paws and bowls.
Even if the apartment is very quiet, you are in 5 minutes in the neighboring town (Augustfehn), which has Edeka, Lidl and Aldi. There are also opticians, good bakers, post offices, pharmacies, doctors, dentists, veterinarians, animal shops, BARF manufacturers and other nice shops.
From the apartment you can wonderfully cycle along our canals along the Fehnroute or the Ammerland route, go on trips to the North Sea, go for nice walks with your dog and child or just relax. The beautiful cities of Oldenburg and Leer invite you to stroll and shop.
