The property is very secure with a 24-hour manned security gate and use of private tennis courts just a few minutes away walking from the house. In spite of its proximity to town, the property is located on the edge of a nature reserve. The famous clubs are approximately 3-4 km away. There is calm at the sandy beach in the bay of Talamanca, or Cala Oliveira, which are both located 3 km away. The house has 4 double bedrooms all with their own bathroom and 2 service rooms, all same quality. The main living room area offer open space, high ceiling with views directly to Formentera, a large sofa for 12 people comfortably seating. Open plan fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining table for 10, and pool dining table with BBQ for 12 & 12M pool with plenty of outdoor chill out areas.
License for 4 bedrooms + 2 service rooms all with en suite bahtrooms (6 bathrooms) and airconditiong. The 4 bedrooms are in the main house. One service one room has private entrance from the pool. The other service room is an Anex which has private entrance from the road and the upper garden. Perfectly suitable for staff (nanny, chef or security).
