Summary: Room 1 smelt of stale smoke and broken air conditioning. Room 2 had a broken window and didn't have an air conditioner remote, we spoke to a lovely staff member who got the air conditioning remote but window still broken, so offered to change our room. Room changed and window and air conditioning worked, however air conditioning flooded the room, had to put towels down overnight and still water flooded the room despite towels. Unable to access WiFi as we are UK travellers without a French mobile number.
