This welcoming and newly renovated rural house, for up to five people, is located in the heart of Mallorca, in a quiet area surrounded by nature. It has several furnished terraces, a pool with a sunbathing area, and a barbecue.
The original wide walls, which insulate the house from cold and heat, and the different heights have been respected. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace, a single bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The first floor is distributed over two double bedrooms and a bathroom. There is air conditioning and heating upstairs. All rooms are outside-facing and bright.
The house itself is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for hiking, cycling, or running along the various nearby paths. The house is only 2 km from Costitx, a small village where there are some restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, a bank, and a small supermarket. One of the charms of Costitx is its archaeological remains; it is, in fact, the Mallorcan town with the highest number of sites per square meter. There you can enjoy attractions such as Son Corró, a talayotic archaeological site. Costitx astronomical observatory, the first in Mallorca, is also a must. The nearest larger town, Inca, is a 15-minute drive and has all possible amenities. The house is also just a 30-minute drive from the bay of Alcúdia, a 35-minute drive from Palma and a 45-minute drive from the Serra de Tramuntana mountains declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In short, the location of the Finca is a great starting point from which to explore the island.
Keep in mind that airplanes may pass over this area, which may be an aspect to consider for some guests.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms on the upper floor. In the other rooms, you will find fans and radiators at your disposal.
