It is an old peasant house with wide stone walls, traditional style and whose rehabilitation has been completed in 2007. It has a rectangular floor plan with 80 square meters distributed over two floors and a gable roof with Marseille tiles. It has old townhouses dependencies not yet restored. It is surrounded by terrace and orchard with fruit trees.
On the ground floor is the kitchen and a large living / dining room. On the upper floor and connected by a short staircase are the bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower.
The house is very bright and comfortable, providing all the rooms with exterior light. The furniture is new, simple and comfortable.
It has a magnificent view over the ocean and the surrounding mountains and on clear days you can see the islands of La Palma, La Gomera and Tenerife. Take advantage of rainwater to fill a large cistern.
