Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spenders and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Pineda is a charming villa located in a quiet rural area in Benissa, in the center of the Costa Blanca, offering a relaxing and sunny environment with views over the magnificent Mediterranean landscape. Pineda is just 3 km from the town of Benissa and another 15 minutes by car from the coast where we find incomparable beaches in the towns of Moraira and Calpe along with a wide variety of leisure services and water activities.
Villa Pineda is an excellent family retreat surrounded by the Mediterranean touch of the area. It offers a parking space for 3 vehicles at the entrance. We are welcomed by a spacious terrace next to the private pool surrounded by sun loungers. It has an outdoor shower, and a covered porch with outdoor dining and barbecue, providing us with the essentials for an excellent vacation experience.
The appeal of this accommodation is that the entire house is on the same level. From the porch, we enter a living room with Sat+TV+DVD and A/C, followed by a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. We continue to 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and A/C and another one without A/C but with a ceiling fan, both sharing a bathroom with shower. Finally, we find the last bedroom with A/C, a double bed and a private bathroom.
