Summary: Very friendly service. I had room 2 at the top floor (no elevator). It was modern, spacious and new with 2 bedrooms (1 in the loft). Couldn't get a better location. Be aware that getting there with a stroller suitcase is a bit of a battle on the cobble stones streers, but it would be the same for any place in the historic centre. Check out at 10 is a little early, but I woud definitely stay here again.
