Summary: The room was old and worn, with a TV that couldn't show channels correctly. Phone in the room didn't work. Beds are not very comfortable.
No air-conditioner in the room, so it was very hot, and when trying to keep it cool during the night, you will have a lot of noise from outside with an open window.
Parking is down a steep hill, with very little room to navigate, so not very easy unless you have a small car.
Breakfast is expensive, and took a long time to refill, with limited variety.

Summary: Just, all right! We would choose different next time we go to the area. You pay 12 euro for parking. 20 euro for breakfast and the food and range of choices is below average. The hotel bar charges you 6,5 euro for a bottle of water, so it is cheaper to drink beer!

Summary: We stayed for 5 nights. Roland on reception was extremely helpful. An asset to the hotel. He explained where to go etc. Nothing was too much trouble.
We had an economy double room which was compact but had everything needed. The bed was extremely hard but may just be us, the pillows very large( but comfy). One wasn't really enough but 2 gave me neck ache. Not sure why they were so large although we were told they were new pillows. Breakfast was ok. Here and there needs a lick of paint but nothing major. I wiped the fridge out before using as it hadn't been checked I would say but other than that I would give 8/10 for cleaning.

Summary: Pretty decent hotel, but I was shocked by the tiny room. I payed for a standard double, but got a room way smaller than a budget double. With a queen bed cramped next to a wall. I havn't seen any room at the website or Hotels.com that even remotely looked like it. I checked in at 23.00, so I might have gotten the worst room left. Happy that it wasnt positioned towards the heavily trafficed Kieler Straße though. So I didn't try to change. Still a bit disappointed. Breakfast clearly OK. And bed quote comfortable, in conrast with the often hard german matrasses. Location is so-so, even though buses run frequently.
