Summary: The property was clean but in need of a refresh. Our room was dated and the bathroom, although clean, had stained and crumbling grout in the shower. It was also a shower in a bath so a bit awkward to get in and out and also a bit slippery. The view from our room was spectacular and the balcony was a lovely addition. The only real negatives were the temperature in the room which was so hot neither of us could sleep. When we asked about AC, we were told it was off and to open the windows to prevent the heating coming on. The food was OK but nothing to write home about. The parador is also quite a distance from the town and up a hill so taxi was needed if not driving.
