Positive: Very nice apartament in a perfect location right in the city centre. Comfortable beds and sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower. Excellent communication with the property management.

Negative: If you're a light sleeper, be mindful about the location. The street noise can be significant in the evening (usually only till around 12am, no all night parties around).
