The apartment is located in the center of Barcelona, in the heart of the Eixample district, 400 meters from Passeig de Gràcia, La Pedrera and Casa Batló. Very well connected by metro, train and bus.
At Opening Doors we are doing everything possible to offer a safe space to our guests. For this reason, before you arrive, we thoroughly clean the apartment and disinfect the surfaces with the greatest contact. We will welcome you keeping social distance and with a mask. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a residential building in the most vibrant neighborhood of Barcelona with the most varietyr of restaurants, bars, shops, leisure activities, museums and local markets.
It is a modern and comfortable apartment, bright and quiet, decorated with good taste and quality details.
It has a double room with a comfortable King size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Ideal for couples and families.
It has a full bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. It also has a washing machine, iron and board.
The living room has a sofa on which to relax, watch TV or listen to music.
We provide sheets, towels, soap and shampoo. We have a cot on request.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a fabulous stay in Barcelona as well as air conditioning, free Wi Fi and TV.
It is five minutes walking distance from the renewed Avenida Diagonal where you will find restaurants and fashion shops. Rambla de Catalunya is 300 meters away, to walk along its boulevard and Paseo de Gracia is 400 meters away, main street of the city and where you will find La Pedrera and Casa Batló, as well as the big designer brands Louis Vuitton, D & G, Chanel, Emporio Armani, Burberry, Cartier, among others.
Nearby is the Gracia neighborhood, where you can enjoy the authentic Catalan style: narrow streets, tapas bars, independent designers and their squares, a typical meeting point. The famous "Fiesta Mayor de Gracia" takes place during 5 days in August. The neighbors compete for the decoration of the streets. People work very hard during the year to offer this spectacular attraction. At night the party is animated with stalls selling drinks and live music.
The area is perfect for those who want to be steps away from everything, right in the center of Barcelona.
Diagonal (green and blue metro line) and Provença from Ferrocariles Catalanes are the closest stops.

The local tourist tax is not included. €4.40 per adult (> 16) and per day (with a maximum charge of 7 nights) and must be paid at check-in. The rate will be increased to €5.50 from March 2023.

*This apartment is located in a residential building. In accordance with community regulations, this apartment is suitable only for families and adults over 30 years of age.
* The apartment is privately owned, we ask that you take reasonable care to avoid the possibility of theft.
* According to local regulations, it is mandatory to show personal identification (identity card or passport).
* Pets and parties are not allowed. The peace and tranquility of the neighbors must be respected from 22:00 to 08:00. If we receive complaints from neighbors about loud music, noise or antisocial behavior we will claim the full amount of the deposit and we reserve the right to expel the apartment without refund.
* The final cleaning is included in the price but we ask you to throw the garbage in the containers outside the building and leave the apartment in a reasonable state. Leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Extra hour of cleaning for excess garbage or dirty apartment: €15 + VAT 21%.
*Late Check In Supplement: €30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; €50 from 23:00 to 02:00
*A deposit payment of €300 is required via credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the same card, after the apartment inspection, 7 days after the check-out date (Airbnb reservations exempted).
* Local tourist tax not included: €6.88 per night per adult (maximum 7 nights).
*Non-refundable set of keys: €100
*Stained (sunscreen, make-up, soles, tinted) or damaged bedding or towels: €15 each.
We ask you to avoid waste and make responsible use of electricity, water and gas supplies. Excessive consumption may cause the deduction of amounts from the deposit.
