Our "seal" is located on the ground floor left of our Gulfhof. At about 50m² awaits you a bright and friendly small apartment in a modern style.

The spacious living and dining area offers a fitted kitchen, table and chairs and in the back of a cozy corner couch in front of the satellite HD TV. From here you get into the bedroom with box-spring double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, and a reading area, or Space for an extra bed. The shower room en suite is equipped with a window.
