The house is surrounded by orange, lemon and avocado trees and you can enjoy spectacular silence and listen to nature. Only 100 meters from the house you will find the river where you can fish, take boat trips and swim.
The yard is completely fenced and upon entering the property you will find a beautiful esplanade with parking. Arriving at the house you can admire a great terrace and adjacent to it the wonderful pool area with a beautiful lawn.
Next to the house is a large, partially enclosed pergola. In it you will find a bar with refrigerators, chairs, tables, sofas and a large TV.
Entering the house you enter the cozy living room and the kitchen, separated by an American bar, is completely new and equipped with a gas stove and all necessary utensils.
From the living room you can access all 4 bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom. The remaining rooms share another bathroom. The house, including one of the bedrooms and bathrooms, is spacious and open structure suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
