Positive: A very well equipped hotel and an enjoyable one night stay. Rooms are slightly compact but no problem for a few night's stay. BUT the room design is excellent ! There are 8 electrical sockets available - I think that I have never had so many in an hotel room. The air conditioning was super good and needed with mid-30C temperatures outdoors. Bathroom and WC separate and both very clean. Staff were very friendly at reception and the breakfast was very good. About a 20 minute walk into town, but half of that you can do through a delightful park in daylight hours. Gated parking a big plus although the building is in a very open area with plenty of free parking opposite (and several chain-type restaurants and bars and a cinema)

Negative: The hotel is on the side of a railway line so to reach the town center you need cross the line via one of two walking underpasses. Not an issue in daylight, but returning after dinner the pass was initially dark and looked possibly risky - however descending the stairs triggered lights to switch on and it was easy to see that it was safe to continue.

Summary: Really well equipped modern hotel, easy to find, easy to park.
