Positive: The location of this hotel is excellent. Sea beach, eateries, grocery stores all are at walkable distance from the hotel. The breakfast provided was overpriced. There was no warm food apart from coffee.

Negative: The room was small and equipments were not commensurate with the price. We expected at least an electric kettle in the room.
