Positive: The apartment is great! Very specious, well equipped (you really have all the amenities you could possibly think of available), with great beds and 2 bathrooms what makes a big difference for a bigger family. Lovely terrace with direct access to the pool is a big advantage! Location is excellent too, walking distance to the beach and Dunes, beach promenade (great for strolling and running), shops and restaurants just around the corner. We were also welcomed with sweets and wine which was a lovely gesture from the host.

Negative: The only thing that I would mention here is that you do not really have a direct contact to the host. As the apartment is managed by a big company and trying to call them is already a challange….. choosing from keyboard menu which dept. you wanna contact. The Watsapp is answered by bot… So we had a situation that I couldn’t get the check in instructions as the card I provided was not possible to be blocked for payment which I didn’t know until I made a direct call in which I asked directly what is the issue, as I was just receiving new links for payment (I think after you paid already for a stay and provided the card for deposit….you start to be suspicious with more payment links …) and WhatsApp bot was not getting my point…. So I would appreciate more direct contact and human touch less bot and corporate procedures :)
