Positive: The Place is very clean, comfortable and it has everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were really comfy. It has Ac and heating in the room. They can clean and change sheets everyday if requested. The common areas were spotless, the showers worked perfectly (a rarity for europe in this range) and they have a water filter.
