Positive: We messaged Minty Stay, and the girl met us just as the taxi had dropped us off. We used Welcome Pick up for a taxi, as recommended by airport. The guy was there to meet us. Well worth it for a late night flight. The girl met us and quickly ran through some things, and left. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We did not use the sofa bed, and there were 4 of us, so sitting around on the sofa was not possible, but in a busy city like Seville you are out and about. We used the kitchen a lot for dinner, and it was clean and well equipped. We had a small problem with a shutter, but it was quickly resolved by the host. The apartment has access to the roof top pools, a baby one, a larger pool and medium sized one. There are not sun beds etc, but it was useful when hot weather. Visit the local cafe downstairs for lunch, it is typical Spanish food and very cheap and excellent! BAR LA VIÑA. Also round the corner is La Cruz, which was great for an easy dinner.
Summary: Great apartment for families, or two couples as two bathrooms.
