This is a beautiful modern second floor apartment located in a quiet location to the front of the complex looking to Cabo Roig marina.
The apartment is fitted with marble floors throughout: two bedrooms, (master double bedroom with sea views and the other is twin); marble bathroom; fully furnished and remodelled to a very high standard; hot and cold air conditioning to the living area; ceiling fans to the bedrooms; fully fitted high gloss white kitchen with black granite worktop with breakfast bar, quality electrical appliances and a separate utility area with a washing machine, large water heater and cleaning facilities. The apartment has international TV channels installed and fibre-optic wi-fi.
The apartment terrace is large and east facing with views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cabo Roig Marina, perfect for the morning sun on the terrace, and with beautiful views at night of the boats and lights in the marina. The terrace has a large outdoor sofa and an aluminium table and chairs and feature LED night lights.
The complex facilities include large communal swimming pools with Jacuzzi and pool side bar; 3 paddle tennis courts; children's playground; extensive landscaped gardens with parasols for sunbathing; barbecue area and secure underground car park. The complex is fully enclosed with security gates and fencing, a full time caretaker on site, and lifeguard to the swimming pools during the summer months.
Adjoining the complex is a promenade walk along the Aguamarina cliff face with fantastic views of the Mediterranean and La Manga, and the apartment is a few minutes walk from the Cabo Roig beach, a large variety of bars and restaurants to suit every taste, and public and private health centres and pharmacies should you need them. The Zenia Boulevard Commercial centre is located nearby which includes most of the major chain stores, a bowling alley and casino. A small supermarket is located adjacent to the complex and a Consum supermarket is located further down the street.
The golf courses of Real Campoamor, Las Calitas de Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin are all within a few kilometres.
