Positive: Location is great - you can get to most places in Seville in 15-20 walk. The properly is large and have two bedrooms, one with en-suite, which is great if you are travelling with kids and still want privacy. We were 5 and had to use the sofa-bed, which was fine but essentially made TV somewhat inaccessible. Unlike some of the other guests we did have coffee and tea, so the host does listening and improving based on feedback. The kitechen was fully fitted and we used most of the appliance that were available without any issues (dishwasher, washer, micro wave, oven, kettle and coffee machine).

Negative: The parking requires master skills in gettting in and out. We had a medium size car (Lynk & Co) and it was extremely difficult to get it into the parking and then park into the specific assigned location. We did damage our car in one of the days out of Seville, so make sure to get a car with full insurance cover, as there's chance you will need it (even if you do manage to get into the parking on the first day). Overall for small cars it would be managable, but medium size and above is only for those who are extremely confident in their parking skills and have nerves of steal. The property itself had a smell of dampness at times and the en-suite had signs of mould on the ceiling, so make sure to air it during the stay.
