It is ideally located near the Montparnasse Tower, the Montparnasse train station and the Luxembourg garden. You will be able to walk in a pleasant district and to discover our splendid district! Have a nice stay ! :) ## Logement Located in Paris, the apartment is modern and really bright. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a very nice and spacious kitchen with all the necessary to cook, and a living room with a sofa bed and a television to relax after an intense day. In all, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay: a coffee machine with capsules, a dishwasher, an oven to cook delicious meals, a microwave, a television, an iron, a washing machine, etc. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity with the Montparnasse district, its famous tower and the Luxembourg garden. Take advantage of your stay to discover the famous catacombs of Paris! The accommodation offers a direct proximity to all essential shops: a Carrefour city is at 5 minutes walking distance. The Hexagone café is a 2 minute walk from the apartment, perfect for coffee lovers. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement.
