On the 2nd floor, 2 large children's bedrooms with bathroom.
The last independent bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom.
The house includes a cloakroom / office, 2 lounges, a billiard room, a dining room. The kitchen and the back kitchen are fully fitted, including 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers.
The summer dining room under an awning directly overlooks the Provencal stone swimming pool (19m x 6m). The 4500 m2 garden is fully landscaped and opens onto the property (8ha of vines and olive trees). You will also enjoy a superb pétanque field where the sunsets are magical.
