The villa is ideal for a large or two families as it consists of 2 separate apartments. It is composed for the lower part, at the level of the pool, an apartment with kitchen (dishwasher, stove, paella oven, percolator), dining room, 2 bedrooms, wc + sink and Italian shower.
Upper part: 2 bedrooms with fans and cupboards, 2 bathrooms (showers), kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, toaster ..), dining room, living room, TV with international channels, terrace with outstanding views (table and chairs).
Private pool with outdoor shower (sunbeds), large sun terrace along the pool with fixed and unfolding blind (table and chairs for eating by the pool). Barbecue with dining area away from the sun and lit in the evening if needed, laundry with washing machine, sink and dryer hand. Free Wi-Fi, possibility to park your vehicle inside the property which is fully fenced and secure.
