It was built in 1929 by a well known spanish architect to host guests for the Universal Exhibition that took place in Seville. Rehabilitated in 2003 to maximum quality standards. The neighborhood is called Heliopolis and it is a must see when traveling to Seville. Typical Andalusian white houses sourrounded by orange trees. It has an independent main room in two stages with a huge independent closet at the lower stage and the room upstairs with bathroom and a big terra e with nice views.
