Conveniently located in Los Realejos, just an 8-minute walk from the city center and a short 10-minute drive to various beaches, this property exceeds all expectations. Originally built in 1950, it underwent renovations in 2009 and was further expanded and completely refurbished in the summer of 2015. Additional improvements were made in May 2020, ensuring a truly exceptional experience. The house seamlessly blends its traditional charm, boasting exquisite wooden floors and stucco, with a modern and luminous ambiance.
Spanning a total floor space of 523 m2, all rooms within the house are exceptionally spacious. Upon entering, you'll find a modern kitchen accessible from the initial hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, modern electrical appliances, including a large refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and various small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen, a well-equipped gym has recently been added. The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is located just behind the kitchen. No detail has been overlooked, ensuring that everything you could possibly need is readily available.
A long corridor leads to the left, guiding you into the 18 m2 dining room, furnished with a modern dining table. Continuing along, you'll enter one of the spacious living rooms, measuring 40 m2.
