Set within a beautiful location Casa Flamenca is situated in a prime position on the sought after Jumilla 2 complex.
Tastefully decorated and recently refurbished to a high standard, the bungalow provides that home from home feeling so you can relax from the minute you arrive.
This immaculately clean bungalow consists of a master bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobes with plenty of hangers to store your holiday clothes and en-suite shower room.
The 2nd bedroom has full size twin beds, wardrobes and lots of storage. Separating the bedrooms is the family bathroom with large shower and high quality fittings.
Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge have everything you may need in a holiday home.
The kitchen has all essential appliances including a washing machine, microwave & coffee machine. Lounge has a large comfy sofa , smart tv, sky eclipse and blue tooth speaker and various board games for all your home entertainment.
Our guests have the choice of relaxing on the large front terrace or sunbathing in privacy on comfy ratten sunloungers on our spacious rooftop solarium. Built in BBQ and full size dining table is provided for your comfort under the shaded pergola.
The bungalow is situated directly facing the communal gardens and large swimming pool that has a shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal area to provide shade when required.
Our home meets all current Spanish regulations and we have registered the habitation certificate (safety regulations) with the local tourist board.

Many fabulous bars and very good quality restaurants are within easy walking distance. The beaches at Playa Flamenca can be reached within 20 minutes walk and many more amazing beaches can be discovered easily by car or taxi. For your day out to the beach, we provide the chairs, umbrellas, cooler box and games for your convenience.
La Zenia boulevard hosting all the major retail outlets and restaurants is less than 2 km away and can be easily reached within a 20 minutes walk. Many more local supermarkets are just around the corner!

So much to do for all the family- great cycling routes, paddleboarding and all water sports are available nearby. Water parks, go karting, crazy golf are all on offer.
If you want to explore further afield, day trips to Murcia, Alicante, Cartagena and Mar Menor all accessible via the AP7 or N332.
