It is also a great location for exploring the region with easy access to Denia and Moraira or even exploring the Jalon Valley. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, light and airy. It provides both privacy and comfort for large groups. Swimming pool Villa Scenic has a large private heated pool (12 x 6m) perfect for swimming and relaxing. At one end of the Pool there is a covered area with Loungers to totally relax in the shade while looking across the Pool to the stunning scenery. There are also ample Sun loungers for the sun worshipers among your group. This is a taste of Repeated from above Garden The garden offers a safe enclosed space for children with plenty of shady areas should you want it, a large garden with several terraces and stunning valley and mountain views leading down to the coast. Not only is the Villa set in a large plot, it is very well maintained with lots of mature planting and trees of all kinds and garden beds full of flowers and plants giving an array of colours. The villa is set in an amazing location. Backed by the Mongo Massif and overlooking the valley the scenery is stunning and the garden reflects this. There are many seating areas and nooks to explore. Terrace and BBQ area There is a fully equipped outdoor Kitchen with BBQ facility beside the pool with its roman steps and mood lighting for al fresco dining. Under the naya you will find a large dining table for ten and more conservatory style seating. An outdoor bathroom adds to the convenience of outdoor living. Entrance Entrance to the grounds is through remote controlled gates that lead to a large parking area (3 cars) at the front of the main house. With an additional upper terrace with more parking if required. The Villa interior boasts a large entrance/hallway, living room, enclosed naya for dining, kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all spread over 2 levels. Living Area The spacious living area has a flat screen satellite television, DVD player, CD player and a ceiling fan, leading to the dining area with seating for 10 people and a comfortable seating area. With its large vaulted ceiling and skylight with view of the Montgo, the Living Room is swamped in light and feels airy and open. There are two doors of the Living Room with one leading onto a nice terrace and the other leading to the enclosed Naya (sunroom) with its own balcony. Both the Terrace and Naya overlook the garden, pool and have amazing views. Kitchen There are two Kitchens at Scenic. One inside on the main floor and living area and one downstairs next to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The interior kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator- freezer, electric kettle and toaster, juicer and every utensil you could wish for. Outside the kitchen is a courtyard area leading to the utility room which houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The outdoor kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you would expect, but with the addition of a BBQ. It is our experience that most guests tend to just use this and literally just live outdoors. There is a toilet adjacent to the outdoor kitchen and also stairs leading to the upstairs terrace. The Bedrooms and bathrooms All bedrooms are of good size and have plenty of storage space. Like the rest of the Villa the Bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and hairdryers can be found in bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large double room with ensuite shower room and separate seating area. There is also a twin room with it’s own toilet. Both rooms have air conditioning. On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms, all wth air conditioning. The master bedroom with large double bed and newly refurbished ensuite bathroom, another double with ensuite shower room and a further twin room with separate family bathroom.
