The location of the villa in the central part of the island, knowns as the Pla de Mallorca (Majorca Plain), provides convenient and close access to all kinds of towns, sceneries and activities. The nature, culture and gastronomy of Majorca are the focal points of an enclave that allows visitors to equally enjoy the roads and paths of the Serra de Tramuntana, the charming markets of small villages like Sineu and Santa Maria, the wonderful old town of the island’s capital of Palma, the fine sand of the beaches of the North and East coasts of Majorca, and even the study of stars on the Astronomical Observatory of Majorca, located just 7 kms from the villa, on the neighbouring town of Costitx.
In order to reach the villa and move around the island it is necessary to have a vehicle. Driving from the airport takes approximately 30 minutes. Sineu, Costitx and Inca, with its regional hospital and multiple supermarkets and restaurants, are just 10 minutes from the property. The Bay of Alcudia can be reached in just 25 minutes, and the stunning beaches of the East side, like Cala Varques, are just 45 minutes away from the house.
