It is ideally located in a quiet area, accessible to the city center, served by public transportation and close to restaurants and shops. You will love its location which allows you to discover sites of interest.

You can also : Stroll through the Old City, which is 15 minutes away, stroll along the Cours Mirabeau and the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, which are respectively 15 and 17 minutes away, discover the Mazarin district, which is 23 minutes away, visit Cézanne's studio and the Jas de Bouffan country estate, which are respectively 30 and 27 minutes away, walk in the Parc Jourdan at 18 min, visit the Granet Museum and the Vasarely Foundation respectively at 20 and 24 min, relax at the Thermes Sextius at 23 min and taste calissons at the "Calissons d'Aix Léonard PARLI" which is 13 min away.
You will also have the opportunity to explore and climb the Sainte-Victoire mountain together which is 28 min away by car.
