We’re delighted to offer our lovely home for holidays.
On the edge of a bustling vigneron’s village, yet a peaceful location.
The bright, roomy house has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and three beautiful bedrooms (1 king, 1 dble & 1 with twin beds). 2 en-suite & 1 family bathroom. There is also a lovely sun-room to sit and relax on chillier days.
Our village has a boulangerie, bar, 2 restaurants, post office, Indian takeaway, cafe/pizza place and pharmacy ; all you need day to day. There is also a weekly market on Fridays with a variety of stalls
Carcassonne is 40 mins away, Narbonne 35.
This modern house has all mod cons, and a spacious 10 x 5m heated salt-water pool with alarm, and with total privacy. Secure parking on the property with plenty of space for cars.
Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms (the master one is ensuite) and the one upstairs has a dedicated desk area. All with either ceiling or free-standing fans.
There are 2 outside dining areas, one outside lounge area, BBQ, and other seating spots to seek either sun or shade.

This is a lovely tranquil setting, so we would ask you to be respectful of our neighbours need for peace too. And, as this is our home for the rest of the year, we’ll really appreciate you taking care of it.
