Positive: The bed was comfortable.

Negative: The toilet seat wasn’t attached to toilet properly. The room was small, I even wrote in advance asking for a nice room. The spa was closed which was very disappointing as it was supposed to be a treat for my birthday. There was nobody on reception when we arrived and nobody was at the bar when I went to ask questions about the menu so we went elsewhere for meals I’m guessing that the staff were preoccupied with the large coach group that we’re staying too. The hotel owner who we finally met at checkout didn’t seem particularly sorry when I told her about my disappointment, she said that she’d had an appointment with the police that she couldn’t change. I wouldn’t have stayed there had a known that the spa was closed. Disappointed!
