Summary: Its good location, except it is very small for a family of 4, with children. Convenient that is closed to mall, museum, and oceanographic. Its little disappointing that the toilet when you flush water coming out, and the shower light is not working. Additionally the management do not change towels after 7 days or stay or you book more than 7 days. Other than that location is by far outstanding.
