Positive: This is a great big rambling French farmhouse, set in a borgo of other properties ( 3 or 4 in total?). You have ooooodles of space and we all loved it here. It is more rustic than the pictures portray but we loved that anyway. We travelled as a large family group of multi generations and everyone was very happy here. We do our own catering and LOVED how well equipped the kitchen was. Loads of pans and crockery and utensils! Home from home. The property did feel like a HOME not a rental and this really helped everyone feel so comfortable. Fantastic big pool and garden space. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Negative: I didn't realise the other properties were so close. Having said that, it did not intrude on our privacy but I think it should be made clearer at the booking stage. It is quite remote, so you will need to drive for everything. En suite bathrooms do not include a toilet... hmmm! Pond in the garden was not full but bred some hefty mosquitos! Gardens could benefit from a little more attention and then it would be STUNNING.

Summary: An ideal big family holiday venue.
