Holiday house with 5 bedrooms, for rent, in the heart of a Provencal village, with a neat decoration. A friendly house in the immediate vicinity of a country bistro with musical evenings held on Thursdays and Saturdays from September to June indoors. And entertainment, on Thursdays outside only in July/August. A bakery and grocery store are within walking distance.
The house opens onto a 600m² enclosed garden. The terrace to the south is decorated with a wrought iron vine arbour to shelter summer meals. The swimming pool is installed on a wooden terrace at a height accessible by a lateral staircase and secured by a guardrail. The 7.75*3.35m pool is secured by a bar tarpaulin.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to the living room with fireplace and the equipped kitchen. These two rooms open onto the garden. A laundry room and a toilet. On the first floor, a corridor leads to 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are air-conditioned and 3 others cooled by the air conditioner installed in the corridor.
A bathroom with double washbasin and a shower room with WC. An independent toilet. A cot and a high chair are available.
