Ker Merlin comprises of 2 apartments with separate internal doors, with a self contained one bedroom apartment on the ground floor, graced with a large window looking out over the cobbled Rue du Petit Fort, offering a combined living/kitchen/dining area,. furnished with two arm chairs, and dining room suite. Wifi internet.

The bedroom is situated to the rear of the gite and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

This room separates the living and sleeping areas and is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.
On the 1st floor is bright and airy apartment, comprising the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room which is situated at the front of the property is graced with large windows over looking the cobbled street lined with traditional Breton houses dating back to the 1400's. For your comfort the living room is furnished with a 6 seater lounge, 2 arm chairs, broadband internet.
This open plan room leads onto the dining area and fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cooker and hob, electric oven, microwave oven, large fridge with separate freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
From the kitchen a French door leads from onto a private terrace and garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
2nd Floor
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, dressing table and wardrobe, while bedroom 2 is a twin with a six drawer and half size wardrobe combination.
The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom comprising a bath/shower, toilet and hand basin.
Parking: private lock up garage for one car is located a short walk from the apartment.
