2 BEDROOMS WITH DOUBLE BEDS The holiday home Helena with approx. 75 m² total living area was completely renovated in 2014. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living area and a separate bedroom (with double bed and wardrobe) and a shower room. The dining area with fitted kitchen connects directly to the living area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle are just as natural as sufficient crockery and cutlery. From the kitchen area you reach the terrace with garden furniture and beach chair. A staircase takes you to the upper floor. There is a separate bedroom with double bed, a shower room and a small living area with sofa bed (1.40 m) and flat-screen TV. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price. Internet / Wi-Fi is available and can be used free of charge. A car parking space and a lockable storage room for your own or rented bicycles is available during your stay. Bed linen is provided free of charge during your stay. Please do not forget to bring towels. If required, towels are also available for a fee. We raise a deposit of 150 Euro according to the terms and conditions. The refund is made without damage. Regular guests (from 2. Booking) receive 5% discount on the room rates.
